First Session: 3 Hours 2-5th Sessions: 1 Hour each 7 HOURS TOTAL (Can use for Purpose/ Energy healing as you'd wish, just has to be done in 5 consecutive weeks time.) COMES WITH PLANNER You can use healing for: Detox, Sauna, Halotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Mind and Body Reset or Purpose Coaching I will mail you a Rise & Rise Again PURPOSE planner & journal as well as healing crystals and a smudge stick and teach you to use them. (Mail if this is distance healing/coaching, in person at my office if this is face2face!) Mind & Body Reset: 32 access points of energy that run in and around your head, storing the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, attitudes, judgments, feelings and beliefs that you've ever had about ANYTHING. Reiki is Japanese method energy healing to assist in unblocking your 7 Chakras (energy wheels) throughout your body. I gently touch each of these points to release that energy. It's literally like hitting the delete button. After that, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed, and you'll watch your life begin to change. Finally we can touch base on any aspects of your life that you are wanting to have a clear, conscious improvement in and get a game plan together. We talk about PURPOSE and your promises to your life as well as your reasons for existence. We can set goals with deadlines, get the first motions in movement together. We will do whatever works for you to get a grab on your life. This is for the person who is ready to understand purpose and energy and get to business on healing.
