A complete MIND AND BODY rebalance. I use multiple healing modalities during your session, depending on what your energy is telling me. Access Consciousness Mind Clearing, Usui Reiki Channeled from God's Divine Frequency, Sound Healing, Red Light Therapy, Sound Bath, Accupressure, Purpose, as well as anything else available for your best healing experience. (included in price) If you have severe aches and pains, I recommend scheduling a halotherapy and infrared sauna appointment immediately following your Mind and Body Reset (there is an add on option for you that is more cost effective than coming in separately for that service) You lay on my table for an hour and a half *can be up to two hours* and just chill out. Allowing yourself to get out of your head and your physical space altogether. Sometimes you laugh, sometimes you cry, twitch or fall asleep. Whatever happens, it is PERFECT! Mind & Body Reset: 32 access points of energy that run in and around your head, storing the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, attitudes, judgments, feelings and beliefs that you've ever had about ANYTHING. (Distance clients I will ask a series of questions to activate) Reiki is Japanese method energy healing to assist in unblocking your 7 Chakras (energy wheels) throughout your body. I gently touch each of these points to release that energy. It's literally like hitting the delete button. I'm sorry to do this, I have had a lot of cancellations in my schedule in the past months due to people not being ready to heal or dig deeper into themselves.
