What could have been: Make the most out of what you have. If you want more, that's great, get more! But do not feel held back on the what if's. Make some lemonade.
Worrying it won't work: If an idea comes to you, you can make it happen, IF you want it bad enough. Which leads me to my next point...
Caring what people think: Seek approval from your inner being. That's it. Something didn't work, try again if you still want to. Keep trying until you get it or no longer want it. (Directional Methods baby)
Messing up: Who cares, learn from it and move on.
Being perfect: Everyone has cellulite. Be content in your skin, in your brain. Own that shit.
Making everyone happy: HA! This is not wonderland. Be a good human, encourage others to do the same. If they don't want to put forth the effort that is their own damn problem.
Toxic People/ Activities: Cut ties. Set boundaries. Zone out.
Caring about what other people want you to do: Be kind. Do your thing. If it feeds your soul, do it.
