Includes: 2 Mind And Body Resets, 2 Follow up Healing/Coaching Sessions and a Couples Coaching with Purpose. 5 Total Appointments. One person must have the MAKE IT HAPPEN planner for most effective coaching. Book your first Mind & Body Reset with purchase of this course, I will schedule the rest in person/ through email. We will go over limiting thoughts and beliefs, but don't worry too much about explaining them- I will be able to feel them and where you're holding them on your body. You'll explain your personal concerns as well as your relationship concerns and goals. I will do the exact same thing with your significant other, and we will get on the same page to move forward.
