An ionic foot detox works by pulling the toxins out of your body through your feet. A safe and relaxing way to clear out the body, the ionizing machine works to ionize the foot bath water. This process is said to give the hydrogen in the water a positive charge. Most people can benefit from an ionic detox. The first 30 minutes of your appointment is foot soak, followed by cleaning off excess particles, a warm essential oil wrap and heated Himalayan Salt Dome. (All array filters are brand new for each client, I never reuse) While you're detoxing, I will do some sound therapy and guide you into breathwork and meditation. I will see where you're holding onto negative energy/blocks and move energy with you.
