Waning Moon Phase- WHAT TO DO

  • Use up the food you already have in your house.

  • Ditch recipes and cook on intuition

  • Let go of the need for speed- slow down

  • Clean your house

  • Organize your spaces

  • Throw away anything you don't need

  • Paint touch up/ little refresh projects that you already have supplies for

  • Journal

  • Writing Prompts in your MAKE IT HAPPEN planner

  • Breathwork with your Chakra Guide- saying the intentions as you go

  • Yoga/Somatic Stretching (focus on tight/sore areas and breathe that energy OUTward)

  • Remember your worthiness of whatever you're feeling

  • Reduce importance of "outside World"

  • Naps, Early bedtime

  • Forgiveness on Yourself First- then Others

  • Detox

  • Energy Healing

  • Massage

  • Accupressure/Reflexology

  • Bath, Shower with Himalayan Salt on Shower floor

  • Unsubscribe to toxicity or clutter (emails, people, excess)

  • Use grounding essential oils in AM

  • Use relaxing essential oils in PM

  • Chamomile tea

  • Ask for clarity/help

  • Open perspective: Remember- everyone else is experiencing the same energy as you right now

  • Drink plenty of water, avoid processed sugars and complex carbs- but be gentle on yourself

  • Snuggle your Family/Pets

  • Give your dog a bath

  • Clip your nails

  • Drybrush your body

  • Add Frankincense to your Lotion Routine

  • Drop of Frankincense under your tongue in AM

  • DO NOT AVOID your Sunday plan sesh! If you did, pick up today, having a "plan"

  • Remember: You are allowed to have feelings

  • Release Fear

  • Make a list of things that make you feel comfortable and do them

  • Be honest and compassionate

The Moon from Full to New is a time of reflect and release. For two weeks, things will slow down. It is very important to release what is no longer serving you during this time, allowing you to start fresh on the New Moon for NEW possibilities! 3 Days before the New Moon, you will feel a need to surrender. Do it. This enables your full potential for New Moon to Full Moon! (That's the action moon... so if you have a giant list, or feel like you need to be creative- it's just impossible at the present moment, that's OK! Just jot it down for Jan 20- Feb 5!

It's important to know that the way you are feeling right now is NORMAL and warranted. You are allowed to relax. You're allowed to decide what it is you'd like to do during this Moon Phase.
